Email support@slideforge.dev for anything — a broken render, a billing question, an integration problem, or a feature request. A human reads every message; we typically reply within one business day (CET).

Reporting a problem with a slide or deck

Every render has a job_id. Including it lets us pull up the exact render, its warnings, and its billing record. Helpful to include:

  • The job_id (shown in every API/MCP response and in the console job list)
  • What you expected vs. what rendered
  • Any warnings[] or errors[] from the response

Remember: a render that isn't complete is never billed, and re-sending an identical input is free — so re-rendering after a fix costs nothing extra.

Billing questions

Your balance, per-job charges, and invoices are in the console billing page. Charges you don't recognize, refund requests, or invoice issues: email us with the job or transaction reference and we'll sort it out.
